      Hi Luke!
I’ve got plenty of Flureon batteries and they don’t seem to cause any issues . Hope this helps,
      Regards Chrus

My radio loses bass and I cannot find the DRN feature in the settings menu. Is their a hidden menu?
When the fault is present adjusting the bass has no effect though the mid and treble adjust as you'd expect
    1. Rob replied on
ive Not really messed about with mine yet pal but I do know that sometimes in DAB mode it sounds like the bass has gone but it’s just a weak signal so I just move it and it goes back to normal
    2. Tom replied on
Never had any issues with bass disappearing, not sure of hidden menus? Could be a signal issue or faulty unit?

My radio was playing away to itself in the middle a big empty room. Then the bass cut out, has anyone else had this problem. If so how did you fix it? Can't be doin without music while i work
    1. Guy replied on
I had the same problem myself. Go into the settings, look for DRN settings and turn it off. I haven't got a clue what it does but it messes up the sound from time to time.
  4. Nathan asked on
Anyone had the 230v charger cable split? My radio just turned 1 year old and can't charge it now. Is the charger covered under warranty?

    1. Mark replied on
My charger just stopped working after only a year but screwfix replaced the whole unit! The new chargercwith it was more robust and had as thicker cable too.
