Here's a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the DeWalt mxmd501e

  1. Nathan asked on
just bought phone today, and the screen is black, and it was halfway through the setup process.
I simply cannot get it to do anything. Help please!
    1. David replied on
Send it back and buy an IPhone
    2. Richard replied on
I kind of agree with David, although I'd maybe buy an Android myself.

      Try tech support on http://dewaltphones.com/support/
Scroll down and click submit ticket. Mine went back to them when the screws came out the back and they were quite quick, but they don't cover the cost to send it back to them or anything like that.

One thing I'd also point out is that this is made under license for Dewalt, and complaints or heckles I have with this phone shouldn't reflect on Dewalt themselves who's tools and kit I use daily with no problems!
